Until we fix the problem, please update the exchange rates manually. Just go to Tools->Exchange rates, and double-click on the record to update the value.

Go to AceCloud-Cloud Settings, and uncheck "Synchronize for Mobile" (if checked), and see if that helps.

Create a "Transactions by criteria" report, and in the left side bar in the Payees filter select only that one payee, and uncheck the "dates range" filter. This will show the exact transaction where the payee is used. You can then edit or delete it.
