My transactions went away

I have been using AceMoney Lite for the past 3 years. I just now purchased and downloaded AceMoney because I need more accounts than the two allowed with Lite. So I got AceMoney loaded without a hitch on top of Lite and opened the account I have been using for the past two years. All transactions were there for 2016, but beginning with January of 2017, the only transactions that show up are my 'scheduled' EFTs. Four debits and two deposits for each month. No other debits. Needless to say, AceMoney thinks my balance is over $20,000 because of this. I've never had anything like this happen and I can't figure out what to do about it. It's weird that it only affects transactions from January, 2017 forward. Does anyone have any ideas?

The *only* difference between AceMoney and AceMoney Lite is the 2-account limit, otherwise they are the same application, and use the same data file. Simply installing the full version of AceMoney over the Lite version would not affect your data file in any way at all (unless you happened to be using a very old version of Lite that saved to an unencrypted data file, and have now installed a modern version that saves to an encrypted data file, but the underlying transaction data would be the same), or the display of that data. So there is likely something else going on.

Did you Archive your 2017 transactions, by chance? That would delete the individual transactions while preserving their cumulative balance.
