Getting Transactions For the First Time

I'm using Ace Money Lite.
What would be the best way to get my desired transactions?

I want the transaction only from the first of the year.

I'm unable to download them I get error: 15510. Telling. my to verify my status which I've already did.
I've downloaded transactions form my bank's web site as a QIF.
When I import them most of the transaction are shown as Credit Card Payments.

Any help will be appreciated,

Are you trying to download transactions from Chase? If so, Chase recently broke their system for downloading transactions and has not fixed it yet. See the following discussions for details:
