Print report format problem

Post by CyberCrone »

Ace Money inserts a header I don't want on the preview page for a report I want to print and I can't find a way to tell it "no header". Ace also inserts a column that doesn't appear in the account and I can't see a way to get rid of it. The column seems to a count of some sort, with the number 1 in each entry and a total at the bottom.

There seems to be a total lack of formatting options for printing reports, or have I missed something? Other than the column I mentioned above, I was able to get rid of columns by sliding the dividers, but that's a clumsy way to do things.

I'm a refugee from Quicken as of the beginning of this year and I am generally pretty happy with Ace Money, but once in a while I hit one of these snags and get exasperated. The ability to customize reports for printing seems an obvious need. Of course if things go the way they usually do, someone will point out that the way to do this was right in front of me the whole time and I just didn't see it. But I did do a thorough search of the help files and couldn't find anything.

Unfortunately, AceMoney's printing capabilities are fairly basic and not customizable. This has been a known issue for a LONG time.
