Hello everyone,

After a long time in the making, the successor to AceMoney is available today: AceMoney Studio 1.0, for Windows, macOS and Linux.

It keeps what you've always liked about AceMoney: your books live on your computer, it works offline, and there's no account to create.

What's new:

• A fast register with your running balance, search, reconciliation and split transactions
• Real budgets, with gauges that show where each one stands
• Reports on spending, income and net worth: on screen, exported, or printed
• Investments with quotes, accounts in many currencies, and scheduled bills and paychecks
• Bank feeds through your own SimpleFIN account
• Automatic updates

Bringing your data across: export your file from AceMoney Classic (JSON or XML), and Studio imports it with your accounts, categories, payees and history. Studio also imports QIF, OFX, QFX and CSV.

Coming next:

• AceMoney Cloud, live October 8. Your books, synced between your computers, plus automatic bank feeds from your bank. Your data is encrypted before it leaves your computer. You can order Cloud now, on its own or in a bundle with Studio.
• AceMoney Studio Mobile, coming shortly. Studio on your phone, synced with your computers through AceMoney Cloud.
• AceMoney Receipts, new features coming shortly:
  • Bill splitting: share an expense with friends or family and see who owes whom.
  • Automatic mileage log: your trips recorded for business mileage, with no typing.
