Unable to download transactions from Citibank and Discover Credit cards

I'm unable to download transactions from Citibank and Discover Credit cards. I get the attached error messages

I get the same error from Discover, too.

Apparently Discover has now dropped support for Direct Connect in AceMoney and other similar apps. I reached out to Discover and received the following reply:

"sorry for the trouble with downloading from AceMoney. We no longer have the options for products like iBooks, MoneyDance, Bankivitiy, CashEdge, AceMoney, etc. We do have the Direct Connect method through Quicken, Quickbooks, and eMoney or you can download from our website. I apologize for the inconvenience."
