I have a file for my credit card and records all the transactions (i.e. purchases). At regular intervals I transfer money from my bank account to the credit card. This works well except when I go to the credit card accountant these transfers (transactions) are grouped together at the bottom of the page under/after all the purchase transactions. How can I locate the transactions chronologically? i.e place them chronologically within the purchases. This will allow me to confirm (again) the account is balanced.

By default, transactions are ordered chronologically in the order that you enter/import them. Do you have "Sort the same day transactions by number" and "Deposits are the first transactions of a day" options enabled in the "Tools | Options" dialog?
