Assigning an ac mount to a group

Post by a4driver »

New AM owner. Importing from old Money and Quicken was exactly as described on the website. Perfect integration. I now want to assign an account to a certain group but can't see how to do that and help function is frustrating; doesn't recognize the word 'group' or the phrase 'assign account to group'. Any help is appreciated.

Go to the "Accounts" item on the top menu, and choose "Groups...". You can then add/edit/delete account groups as needed.

Then, on the main Accounts screen, you can right-click on an existing account and go to its "Properties", or right-click and choose "Add new account...", or press the "New Account" button on the sidebar. In the Properties dialog, you can select an "Account group" as needed.
