Concurrent access from 2 computers

I see the Dropbox solution in the FAQ for sharing a file, but can the file be open on a Mac and be accessed by a PC at the same time, where updates from one computer will show up on the other? Or can the file only be open on one computer at a time?

AceMoney's file can only be open on one machine at a time, whether that be a PC or a Mac. Also, AceMoney's licensing requires that you have a license for both machines.
