Reinstall AceMoney

My original installation of AceMoney has been destroyed I've downloaded AceMoney again to my new machine from the link on my license email which I fortunately printed out, I've typed the serial number into a .txt file and copied and pasted into my new AceMoney but it says Invalid serial number format. What am I doing wrong?

Did you try copy/pasting the serial number from the original email itself instead of typing it in by hand?

Sorry for the long delay in replying due to an unexpected emergency, I lost the original email so couldn't copy and paste, the problem was in printing out the email it converted the continental zeros to the English zeros which is how I typed in the serial number, I've had the email resent to me which solved the problem.
