Acecloud Error 48?

I'm trying to link my phone to my desktop software but I am getting a error message that reads "Server Provisioning Error: Server responded with error 84". What do I do now? Is this going to be fixed anytime soon?

I get that error as well
I posted a problem earlier in the week about another error "Unable to encrypt and save the file, please contact MechCAD tech support" Don't know if they're related issues, but thought I'd at least let you know that you're not alone.

Sometimes such linking problem occurs due to the difference in the versions.Check which version of desktop manager you are using.
