"Odd" account visible in AMR

Sorry, this may have been covered?

On AMR,
I'm seeing 2 closed accounts, which I beleive will be fixed??
but I also have an account showing called (unassigned)

It is not in Ace Money from what I can see?
If I untick "Show Hidden" I see the 2 closed(hidden) accounts

I've raised a ticket on this issue but have had no response, despite my sending a reminder. Sometimes I find raising tickets very hit and miss in whether Mechad want to take notice or not.
