How to include transfers in the budget?

Does anyone know how to make transfers appear in a budget? Example being I transfer money each week to pay my taxes, which are due quarterly each year, however the transfers aren't reflected on the budget report. Only income and expenses appear.

In a "Budget by ..." report, you can enable the "Include transfers" checkbox, but you will have to filter the report by individual Account to make transfers meaningful. If both accounts of a transfer are in the same report, the withdrawl from one account and the deposit into the other account will just cancel each other out.

The only way I have found around that is to make the transfer two transactions: withdrawal from one account and deposit to the other.

I totally agree with Mr.Gordm. There is a possibility of making transaction of withdrawal and deposit.
