Unreadable response from the data server

Starting this evening (around 7PM EST), when I do just about anything within AceMoney that involves modifying the data file, I get a dialog box with the message in the subject of this post. Is this a problem on my end, or MechCAD end??? If my end, what is wrong with my config?

I am getting the same problem. I think it is the Ace Cloud Server that is the problem. If you turn off Mobile Sync in the Ace Cloud Settings then everything is normal (and a quicker response!).

Hi! I'm getting that message too. I've seen it today for first time, but I dindn't use AceMoney for few days.

I have the same questions that Kris, plus one more: what need AceMoney contact to a server for, if I am just adding a transaction?

Hi,

Also same message here.
I have AceMoney set-up for AceMoney Receipts.

It appears to be saving file O.K local,
Seems it's the upload to cloud is the issue.

It's not on your end, I am getting the same message. I have checked and it doesn't seem to affect saving the data file.

Unchecking the "Synchronize for Mobile" option helped the issue with saving the file and getting the error.

But, I noticed the error yesterday (Jan-11) when I was trying to download my receipts from the AceCloud. The error message comes up and none of the receipts are imported for review.

Ditto here. I don't remember ever checking it because I don't have mobile AceMoney.

Just turning the option off AceCloud->Cloud Settings...->Syncronize for Mobile (Uncheck) has solved my problem.

Hi,

Turning of the Synch Mobile get's rid of the obvious on screen error.
It does not fix the actual problem?

If this is hosted in AWS(Amazon) Cloud,
I'm wondering what the issue is?
It appears to be an authentication issue?
