Budget currency

The budget for a category can be set but the currency is not recorded and is assumed to be the home currency.
Transactions in different currencies recorded against the category can be converted to the home currency and used to build the budget report.
But if the home currency is changed, the budgeted amount remains as just a number.
The budget report will now compare actual spend in the new home currency to budget.
Example
My home currency is USD and I set a budget for category "test" of 10 USD.
I create a transaction in a GBP account for 1 GBP.
The category report for test shows I've spent 1.56 dollars which is 15.64% of my budget.
I change my home currency to GBP and the budget report now shows that I have spent 10% of my budgeted amount.
Request
The user could update all the budgets manually on changing home currency.
But could the system record currency together with amount in the budget record?
