I am evaluating AM and comparing it to features that I use in Quicken 2010 and 2013. Quicken has become so unreliable that it is almost useless but there are some features that my wife and I use regularly and consider necessary to making our life easier.

Is there a way to have the "download transactions" function cause all transactions that are marked as "I" convert to "R" - i.e. accept all transactions without requiring the user to check each transaction while not checking the transactions with a blank status code? I use this function in Quicken at least once a week to keep my check register up to date and verified. If the register balances, I go on my merry way, if it doesn't then I can look for the checks that have not been correctly recorded by me or the bank. Requiring that I wait until I receive a statement and then reconciling by hand is essentially a show stopper for me.

Sorry, there is no such feature in AceMoney. Imported transactions have to be reconciled/balanced after being downloaded. The closest you can get is probably to go into each Account individually and use the "Balance Account" button on the sidebar and just accept all of the unreconciled transactions as-is.
