Seems to have lost database

Hi,
I was uploading my account information and I tried to upload some old files. I don't know what happened but I have lost everything. All my transactions data, reports and categorisations. Any ideas what I can do please? I think it has somehow decided its main database does not exist or picked up a wrong file for it.

Sounds like you probably just opened the wrong file. In the Options setup, you can enable the option to display the current filename in the titlebar, then you can see whether you opened the right file you were expecting. If that is not the solution, then maybe your file has become corrupted. Do you have backups?

thanks for the reply.
I solved it by going onto the file menu. At the bottom there is a list of files and I deleted the one in program files and it seems to be OK.
