Is there any way to change the category list into text so that it can be printed? This might be useful so that I could carry it around with me and edit it away from the computer.

Is there any way to change the category list into text so that it can be printed? This might be useful so that I could carry it around with me and edit it away from the computer.

While viewing the Categories list, select File > Export > Categories.dat. This saves a text file that can be printed. The file format is ANSI UNIX (LF only). If you want to view it properly in Windows Notepad you have to convert it to ANSI PC (CR LF).
