csv import for investments?

I've looked at what was here already and didn't see. And of course can't search the old yahoo forum.

What I tried worked ok as adding a transaction... But not an investment transaction.

Would also like to try similar for investment price list.

My wife's 401K doesn't offer any download capabilities at all. But there is a table the I tried to import and I came close. I'm sure with the correct format it would work great.
