Accessing Credit Card Data

Post by denawilliams72 »

I can't download credit card account data into AM. Both cards are with major banks, Bank Of America, and Citi. I can go online and download the data then import it into AM. I can also download bank data and stock prices, so I know my connection to the internet is good. Talking to ATT Universal Card customer support I got all the "we don't support AM" comments and no help to get it working. My ATT card is associated with Citi bank. There are five service providers associated with ATT and Citi bank and 15 connection choices. Anybody have any suggestions?

Most banks don't have a clue what AceMoney is. Instead, you ask them if they support Direct Download or OFX, and if so what their OFX details are. Then you can submit that info to MechCAD Support for inclusion in AceMoney, if it does not already have it.

Not all banks support DirectDownload/OFX. You have to ask your bank.
