For the last week, AM receipts will open but not be usable on my android phone, running android 9 (Samsung Galaxy S8). I've been using it successfully for 3 years until now. I've rebooted the phone several times with no help. I am ready to uninstall it and try re-installing it but am worried i will lose a large number of already entered receipts that have not been uploaded to the cloud. Any tips before taking that plunge?
Tried clearing cache and restarting, then cleared all data and cache, restarted, nothing. Repeated by clearing all, uninstalling, restarting phone and reinstalling. Data is still on the screen but screen is frozen in the app. Nothing else abnormal going on with phone.
