I had this same problem for a long time. I could only download one transaction file for each login session to Chase.

The problem eventually went away when I reinstalled Firefox to address some other Firefox issue.

Has anyone found a trick or workaround to edit or delete the Comment field for multiple transactions?

Some financial institutions populate the Comment field with data that is not helpful. Often it is just a repeat of the Payee. I would like to be able to edit or delete the Comment for multiple rows ...

I just noticed this problem too. For example the word "import" fails as being too common. I don't recall it always being like this.
