If you do not have "Auto save document" enabled in the "Tools | Options" dialog, then yes, unsaved transactions would be lost.
Yes, Auto save is checked was the answer I started to type.... but "aaarrrggghhh" closer examination shows that this option is not checked on just one of the PC's we use ...

PC lost power and crashed, part way through entering a large number of transactions.
On restart, the recent transactions (since last starting AceMoney) are not there...
Is this the correct behaviour?
Are there any settings to force a periodic save?
Are any logfiles written with what has been updated ...
