This may be the dumb question of the decade but I'd like to know what, if any, the difference in the information I get would be between the Quicken (there seem to be several versions?) and OFX downloads. I've searched the help and here (difficult with such common terms) and haven't found anything ...

Chase's new site (& policies) are the most aggravating. Site says it doesn't recognise my computer every time I sign on (yes, I allow cookies for the site). Download process is cumbersome. I wish site designers --everywhere-- would pay a little attention to what customers/ clients/ users might need ...
