Sorry for the long delay in replying due to an unexpected emergency, I lost the original email so couldn't copy and paste, the problem was in printing out the email it converted the continental zeros to the English zeros which is how I typed in the serial number, I've had the email resent to me ...

My original installation of AceMoney has been destroyed I've downloaded AceMoney again to my new machine from the link on my license email which I fortunately printed out, I've typed the serial number into a .txt file and copied and pasted into my new AceMoney but it says Invalid serial number ...
