Error 2000 When Trying to Download Transactions

When I try to download transaction into my new account I get:
Invalid FID sent in request. Error 2000.

My bank is Northwest.

Any ides?

Does Northwest support Direct Connect using the OFX protocol to begin with? Probably it does, since 2000 is an OFX error code. Which makes me wonder if maybe AceMoney is using an outdated identification ID for Northwest when sending OFX commands.
